BE / ME in ECE / Instrumentation - minimum 2-4 years of experience in product development
Job Description:
1. Communicate within the team to understand requirements and initiate proof of concept implementation.

2. Engage with the software and testing teams to specify testing strategy, software design, build and test features. Work on resolution of complex issues and provide update to Technical panel.

3. Employ best in class practices to achieve a seamless user experience and robust/reliable implementation.

4. Create and maintain Documentation as per product life cycle for Hardware Development.

5. Leads multiple project teams of other electrical hardware engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of electrical hardware design and development for complex products, solutions, and platforms, including design, validation, tooling and testing

6. Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on electrical hardware design and development

7. Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality

8. Provides domain-specific expertise and overall electrical/electronic hardware and platform leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities

9. Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the electrical hardware design organization

10. Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members. Share knowledge with team and demonstrate team spirit.
